Christine in Customer Service goes above and beyond for her customers. I called at 2 pm, hoping to get a tech appt. for the following day because my AC had stopped cooling in 100 plus degree weather! To my surprise, she said she'd out a tech right away! She also told me my AC was still under warranty - something I hadn't even thought off! All I wanted was to "cool off"! So Esteban arrived in no time and he turned out to be an outstanding technician! And I saved money too! Great business!

They responded very quickly and the technician was knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. Overall an extremely good experience. Reasonably priced for the services performed.

We’ve had Frank’s come out annually for yearly maintenance. Recently we needed them to enclose part of the system inside. Said they’d be here at 8am and they were. Staff was pleasant and professional. Got the task done efficiently. Recommend them highly!
